Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Its main aim is to increase the harmony between mind and body, increase the flow of vital energy through the body, and thereby foster health at all levels of the human organism and develop latent potentials.
